The Lou Lou House LLC is a long-term furnished shared housing provider for adults in Prince George's County, Maryland who are seeking stability, dignity, and independence.
We believe that a safe, respectful home is the foundation for everything else. Our residents enjoy a move-in ready environment with clear household expectations, shared common spaces, and a community of neighbors who look out for one another.
The Lou Lou House is housing — not a program, not a facility, and not a short-term stay. We are committed to providing a genuine home for adults who are ready to live independently and with purpose.
Housing only. The Lou Lou House provides housing only. We do not provide medical care, treatment, childcare, transportation, medication management, supervision, or case management. Supportive services may be coordinated through outside referral partners.

Each resident receives a private, furnished room in a well-maintained shared home. Here's what's included:
Semi-Private furnished room
Your own semi-private bedroom, fully furnished and move-in ready from day one.
Shared kitchen and comfortable common areas
Access to a shared kitchen, living room, and well-maintained common spaces that feel clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
Utilities and Wi-Fi included
Water, electricity, heat, and reliable internet are all included — no surprise bills.
Household essentials
Basic household supplies and essentials are provided so you can settle in comfortably.
House rules that promote respect and stability
Clear household expectations that protect the peace, privacy, and dignity of every resident.
Long-term housing environment
We are not a shelter or transitional program. Our goal is stable, lasting housing.
Who We Serve
Adults ready to live independently.
The Lou Lou House is being developed for adults who can live independently but need stable, affordable, furnished housing and a respectful home environment. We are exploring referral partnerships for individuals at risk of homelessness, including pregnant or parenting adults, youth aging out of foster care, returning citizens, and adults connected to community-based programs.
